valley with world class skiing at Alpine Meadows Ski Area located at
the top of the valley along the Sierra Nevada Divide.
This valley is superbly located only 8 minutes from Tahoe City and Lake
Tahoe. Level homesites are rare in this region but most enjoy awesome
mountain views. Some regions of the valley are located in low, medium
and high avalanche zones.
